Vinod has over 26 years of professional experience in managing sales, marketing, distribution, promotion, product launch and retail management in the consumer durable industry for brands like Voltas, Hitachi, Samsung, etc. 

He converts marketing intent into implementation for all Leverage off-sites, retreats, workshops and programs. He trains teams on service excellence and operations excellence. He has been there, done that, seen it all, and now happy to push things over the last mile.
