Vasu has over 26 years of professional experience and had served as Head of HR and in L&D and OD functions in organizations like HUL, Bajaj Allianz, TVS Logistics etc.

He works closely with with CxOs, boards and management committees, invariably resulting in incremental business impact. He is trusted by CEOs and founders for his  analytical skills, problem solving abilities and actionable insights both on human behavior and business performance.

Vasu has an amazing ability to make you understand complex things by bringing structure to abstractions, and loves aviation, medicine, road trips, temple travel, Vedanta and applied spirituality.
