Our initiative, dedicated to developing young leaders in higher education institutions. The content and methodology is curated based on the following thinking-

A ringside view of human behaviour in different configurations and contexts, has led us to strongly believe that, much of workplace behaviour is a manifestation of their earlier experiences and learnings. Built on this is the inference that various emotional and rational aspects of personalities could  have been developed much earlier, even before the onset of professional careers.

Adolescence and early adulthood are the most malleable periods to develop some deep and important characteristics, personality, social skills etc.
